Collect and approve your media.

Keep every image and video in one library, decide what is good to go, and take it straight into a post.

Collect and approve your media in Draft

Step by step

  1. Drop your files in.

Drag images or videos onto the Hub. They upload and appear at the front of your library.

  2. Group them in collections.

Select the files, then Collection and New collection in the bar at the bottom. The new collection holds your selection right away and sits next to All media.

  3. Approved, Maybe or Declined.

Open an image and set one of the three dots at the top. Use the arrows to move through the collection and rate the next one.

  4. Leave a note on any image.

Open Info & comments and write a note, for yourself or for whoever reviews with you.

  5. Approved? Straight into a post.

Select the approved images and choose Open in Editor. They arrive as a carousel, ready for a caption and a date.

Rate several at once, and find them again.

Select a few images and use Review in the bar to give them the same stage in one step. In the Editor, Add from Hub filters by stage, so your approved images are one tap away.

Reviewing as a team.

Each member who can rate does so for themselves. The Hub shows the team’s stage for each image, so you see at a glance what made the cut.

Questions

What do Approved, Maybe and Declined change?
They mark what is ready to post, what to decide later and what to leave out. Nothing is deleted; you can change a rating at any time.
Can an image be in more than one collection?
Yes. A collection is a view on your library, so the same image can sit in several collections and stays in All media.
Which files can I upload?
Images and videos. Drop them onto the Hub or use the upload button at the top.
